Decoy’s programs target respiratory viruses that carry some of the greatest global burden of disease, the ones that keep coming back. Because every program is built on the same platform, progress in one moves the others forward, and the pipeline is designed to grow rather than restart.

Lead program: pan-coronavirus

Decoy’s lead D-MAV^TM is a nasally inhaled pan-coronavirus prophylactic, designed to protect the people at highest risk, including the millions of immunocompromised patients for whom today’s options fall short. In preclinical testing it has shown in vitro activity against all human-infecting coronaviruses tested, including representatives of all variants, and the platform has shown multi-virus activity in vitro and in animal models. It is advancing toward the clinic, with a Phase 2 human challenge trial as the next proof-of-concept milestone.
