Barbara Hibner, PhD

Barbara Hibner co-founded Decoy Therapeutics in 2020 and serves as Chief Scientific Officer. She previously co-founded PercepTx, a targeted cancer immunotherapy company, and served as its Chief Executive Officer, applying computational modeling to antibody drug conjugates. Earlier she held discovery, pharmacology and research quality roles at Bayer, Chiron, Millennium and Takeda. Her work contributed to the approval of two medicines, sorafenib and ixazomib.
