Mark Rosenblum serves as Chief Financial Officer of Decoy Therapeutics. He has nearly 40 years of senior financial management experience across healthcare and manufacturing, including Chief Financial Officer of Advaxis and Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of ActiveCare. He spent nearly two decades at Wellman, serving as Chief Accounting Officer, and holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina.
