Rick Pierce co-founded Decoy Therapeutics in 2020 and has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director since. He has more than 20 years of senior leadership and operating experience in biotechnology, including executive roles at Innovation1 Biotech. He chairs the Life Sciences Leadership Council of the Canadian Entrepreneurs of New England and was named JLABS Community Member of the Year in 2024.
